Using TapBid

By creating an account or using the app or tapbid.app you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be able to form a binding contract and use TapBid for your business. You are responsible for your account and for what is sent from it.

Your content and your clients

• You own the records you create: clients, estimates, invoices, prices, photos. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide TapBid to you.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your estimates and invoices, the prices you charge, the taxes you apply, your licenses, and your agreements with your clients. TapBid is not a party to those agreements.
• Only add clients you have a reason to contact about their job, and don’t use TapBid to send spam or unlawful messages.

AI features

AI drafts, messages, price-list reading and color previews are suggestions. TapBid only prices from your price book; any line it could not price from your book is marked for you to confirm and cannot be sent until you do. Color previews are illustrations, not a guarantee of the finished color. Review everything before you send it — you are responsible for what you send.

Plans, subscriptions and credits

• Free: unlimited clients and hand-built estimates, plus 3 sends and 3 AI drafts each month. These limits will not be reduced.
• Pro: $19.99 per month or $149.99 per year, with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Pro includes unlimited sends and AI drafts, follow-ups and reminders, and 125 preview credits each month.
• Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple to your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase (or when the trial ends). The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Any unused part of a free trial ends when you subscribe.
• Credits for color previews are sold in packs through Apple (100 for $3.99, 300 for $9.99, 750 for $19.99, 2,000 for $49.99). A preview uses 25 credits, an HD preview 50. Credits never expire, your first preview is free, and a preview that fails is refunded in credits automatically. Credits have no cash value.
• Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies.
• Team seats, where offered, are billed separately through Stripe at the price shown when you add a seat.

Payments from your clients

Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe through a Stripe account in your name. You agree to Stripe’s terms when you set it up. Processing fees are shown before you turn payments on. TapBid does not hold your funds; disputes, refunds and chargebacks are between you, your client and Stripe.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse TapBid: no illegal content, impersonation, harassment, attempts to break or overload the service, scraping, or reselling access. We may suspend accounts that do, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep TapBid running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change; if we remove something you pay for, we will tell you in advance. We may update these terms and will note the date above; continuing to use TapBid after a change means you accept it.

Ending your account

You can delete your account any time in Settings → Account. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription — cancel that in your Apple ID settings.

Disclaimers and liability

TapBid is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or pricing errors in estimates you send. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Apple

These terms are between you and TapBid, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and, for subscriptions bought through the App Store, the Apple Standard EULA also applies. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
